  • Due to COVID-19, we are currently only scheduling virtual training sessions. Please click here to learn more about virtual training.

  • Before you can request your initial session (60 min virtual), we need our Intake Form filled out and emailed to us. 

  • When requesting to book your sessions we recommend there is at least 1-2 weeks in-between sessions to allow you time to practice. For more severe behavioral issues, we do sometimes recommend every 2 weeks or longer.

  • We recommend new clients stick with the 60 min virtual sessions, at least for the first couple of sessions. Our 30 min virtual sessions are more suitable for previous clients who want a refresher or have specific training items they want to discuss.

  • Our online calendar is updated in real time and will reflect any openings we currently have. Cancelations will reflect in real time as well.

  • You will need to enter your credit card information to hold the appointment. We do not charge anything on your card at this time. This is simply to reserve your session and only charges your card in the event a cancelation fee is warranted or if your card is not available at the time of check out when we meet. Cancelations occurring with less than 48-hours of a scheduled session or clients who cancel on multiple occasions may be subject to a cancellation fee.​ 

  • Please note, when you request a session, it is simply that - a request. Please be on the lookout for a confirmation or decline of the request and feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
