Virtual Coaching Booking


  • NEW CLIENTS: Before you request your evaluation sessions (60 minute virtual session) with us, please ensure you have sent us our Intake Form first.

  • When requesting to book your sessions we recommend there is at least 1-2 weeks in-between sessions to allow you time to practice. For more complicated behavioral issues, we may recommend every 2 weeks or longer.​

  • We recommend booking ahead as much as possible since our calendar can fill up quickly.

  • If you plan on committing to a package of sessions or have already, you will book them out one session at a time.

  • Please note, our 30 min sessions are only for long-term clients who have an established relationship with us and need a refresher or for those who want to ask some follow-up questions in between our 60 min sessions. All 30 min sessions will be booked directly through email at

  • Our online calendar is updated in real time and will reflect any openings we currently have. Cancelations will reflect in real time as well. So feel free to refresh the booking site at any time to check on what becomes available.

  • You will need to enter your credit card information to hold the appointment. We do not charge anything on your card at this time. This is simply to reserve your spot. We only charge your card once we complete our appointment and/or in the event a cancelation fee is warranted.

  • Please note, when you request a session, it is simply that - a request. Please be on the lookout for a confirmation or decline of the request and feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
