This dog training service is the perfect compromise if you don’t want to leave your dog at a Board & Train program, but you don’t have the time to do all the work yourself through private coaching sessions.

​We offer Day & Train services to clients in the following areas: Mantua, Pitman, Glassboro, West Deptford, Woodbury Heights, Deptford, Wenonah, Sewell, East Greenwich, Mount Royal, Haddonfield, and some immediate surrounding areas.

What is Day & Train?

This program is a great option to get the results of a Board & Train-type program without needing to drop your dog off anywhere.

​

We come to your home while you're out at work or living your life, and work with your dog one-on-one, taking the pressure off of you. This also allows your dog to learn all the skills and behaviors in the environment you need it most.

​

First session of the package is an in-person meet and greet with you and your dog present, then your trainer works with your dog one-on-one for several sessions while you're out and about, and then the final session is a "hand off" session with you present to show you everything your dog learned and how to maintain what they learned at home.

Behaviors & Skills
for Day & Train

  • Basic cues like sit, down, stay, got to place

  • Intermediate cues like leave it, drop it, stay with distractions

  • Loose leash walking & leash skills

  • Coming when called

  • Cooperative care training (getting your dog more relaxed for coat brushing, teeth cleaning, ear cleaning, nails, veterinary visits, etc.)

  • Confidence-building and socialization

  • Overcoming certain fears and anxieties

  • Crate training

  • Addressing unwanted behaviors like nipping/mouthing, jumping, door dashing, counter surfing, etc.

HOW TO GET STARTED​

  • Once you are ready to move forward, we will provide a link to purchase one of our packages (see below) and a link to fill out our New Client Intake Form. Once that is completed, your sessions will be scheduled directly with Erika via email at info@fromdusktilldog.com.

Package 1

6 sessions

  • One introduction session with you and your dog present (60 min)

  • Four one-on-one sessions for your dog with the trainer (50-60 min each)

​

  • One in-person session with you present to transfer skills and show how to maintain behaviors taught​​

Expires 3 months after date of purchase.

8 sessions

  • One introduction session with you and your dog present (60 min)

  • Six one-on-one sessions for your dog with the trainer (50-60 min each)

10 sessions
